30 foot long pasta is pretty breathtaking, Allora Ristorante is where you’ll find it!
Comparing to Bocca (if you missed out, it’s here) which is a traditional Italian place, this is a American-Italian joint and most dishes are prepared tableside.

They serve fresh doughs in a basket and you get to pick whichever one you want.

Crisp and sweet.
Tagiatelle verdi giardinara, Green tagliatelle with shrimp, baby artichokes and basil.
Gnocchi pesto, homemade fresh gnocchi in a basil pesto.
Costletta de vitello paillard, Veal chop butterflied and grilled.
It’s a big portion which I recommend if you go with a group.
Last but not least, 30 foot long pasta in meat sauce!
It’s not on the menu so you have to ask the waiter for it.
The special treat is that the owner, Elio, will serve you himself!
It was perfectly dante and tasty, we ended up ordering 2 plates!
We finished out meal with a chocolate cake.
