At this point we all know that Australians have mastered the art of making beautiful food.

It’s unrealistic to fly to Australia for brunch in the weekends, so God has blessed New Yorkers Citizens of Chelsea. In Chelsea, of course.

To be fair, there are so many spots in NYC make beautiful food, but not all of them taste good.

Inside is very summery in the month of December, which I’m not complaining.

Clean and simplistic.

I started with a cuppa Matcha and Vera had a coffee which I forgot to take photo.

After a long struggling decision making, we finally decided what we want…

She went for salmon and poached eggs on toasts. Served with green cucumber salad.

It was fresh and tasty.

I had avo toast with feta cheese and poached eggs.

Garnished with beet hummus, pumpkin seeds, watermelon radishes and pickled onions.

It was perfection. ;p

Citizens of Chelsea is a great place for a hearty breaky.

They do serve wine as well.

But if you’re looking for a bottomless mimosas, look somewhere else.
