Boston has a rich pasta history, besides the glorious North End there are many other great places to
feed your carb addiction.
I gathered up my friends and devoured serious amount of food at Maggiano’s Little Italy last night.
Some cocktails and wines for starter.
The restaurant was completely packed, waiters swimming through tables trying to deliver drinks and dishes as fast as they could.
But our appetizers still came fashionably late and one was forgotten until we reminded them.
Byron had the lighter take chicken francese. Parmesan Crust, Lemon Butter, Arugula & Tomatoes with Hand-Cut Fettuccine. He finished it in seconds.
I had gnocchi & italian sausage soaking in basil & tomato vodka cream sauce.
The portion could feed an army.
Agu the mermaid went for linguine & fresh clams in white clam sauce.
Jazzy correspondently raised his mushroom ravioli al forno alfredo, just so I could have a better angle.
We had a quick tour of the basement.
We loved the food but decided to skip desserts and head to Strip by Strega for drinks.
Let me know if you ever give Maggiano a try ;)
Rsvp here (trust me you’ll need it, the place is quite busy)RSVP
After a few tequila we ended up at Icon and guess who I bumped into? My brother from another mother :p
