Every little crumble was licked from the plate, that’s one hell of acomplement :p
- 1 green apple
- 1 roll of puff pastry sheet
- 1 lemon
- Melted caramel or solid ones
- As much cinnamon as you prefer
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 beaten egg
Chop up the apple, mix it with cinnamon and sugar. Then, drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Mix them vigorously.
Cut your pastry sheet into little round circles ( a glass cup will do the magic). Migrate mixture onto the sheet.
cover each one with caramel.
eh hem… From here I lost the rest of the photos. Silly me!
But what’s left to do is simple.
Once all of them are covered with caramel, use another round sheet put on top and seal the top and bottom parts with a fork.
Brush your beaten egg on top of the pie and place them in the oven. 370F for about 20mins or until golden and fluffy.
