One of my favorite things to do is to spend quality time with my good friends, chat about life and beyond over dinner.

Kaila suggested Tigger Mama – a fusion Vietnamese food restaurant in Fenway Park – I agreed as my belly grumbled.

It’s pretty spacious inside with 3 bars – modern interior infuses traditional Vietnam elements if you look closely – the tropical green plants, wooden tables and chairs, and a shinning disco elephant(see above)!

I go nuts for coconuts so I had to try the White Duchess – a gin based drink served in a frozen coconut shell – very summery and refreshing.

As you can tell, I’m satisfied. IMG_5035

Kaila ordered coconut rice in a tin,  I know you’re wondering (wink) I thought it was a tin of coconut cream at first! IMG_5002

We kicked off with some spicy and flavorful clams hid beneath toasts covered in melting cheese, they’re finger-lickingly GOOD, you have to try it!  IMG_5003

The broth was poured from a pitch, it looked very cool but the taste was rather too strong for me. I wouldn’t order it again. IMG_5008

Followed up by Mala Mushrooms and ribs(which was Kaila’s faaavorite). IMG_5011   IMG_5016

It’s definitely something different to try, if you’re looking for a chill and relaxed place with nice little bites, I would definitely suggest Tigger Mama and you can make a rsvp here.

I’d definitely bring a date here!
