Some unexpected events have happened to me past week, the situation has forced me to slow down my steps.
What’s the best came out of it? I finally have time to share a CHILL recipe with you!
In Greek style. Super easy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Watermelon (depends on how many people you’ll be feeding. A quarter is enough for 3.
- Feta cheese.
- Handful of cilantro.
- Olive oil or any oil you prefer.
- Oh, and a fluffy helper!!
Chop watermelon into desirable chunks.
Add in feta and top with cilantro.
Then drizzle olive oil.
Squeeeeeeez the lime.
Crush some peanuts in a ziplock bag with an alcohol bottle(optional)…
…and some handy arm power.
*I used honey roasted peanuts which you can find in any grocery store.
Told you it’s easy!
Low fat and super yummy…
